Energy-saving product development
SOY’s full range of power adapters complies with China’s Level 6 energy efficiency standard, while its monitor power supplies achieve standby power consumption as low as 0.1 W, saving over 10 million kWh of electricity annually. This helps customers’ products meet global energy‑efficiency regulations such as ErP and CEC, reducing end‑user energy costs.
Green production process
Both the Shenzhen and Jiangxi production bases employ environmentally friendly, lead-free manufacturing processes, featuring dust-free cleanrooms and energy-efficient equipment. By optimizing production workflows, they have reduced carbon emissions by 20% compared to the industry average and achieved a water‑resource recycling rate of over 85%.
Standardized Management of Waste Materials
Establish a comprehensive waste‑recycling system; use biodegradable and recyclable materials for packaging; and entrust the proper treatment of hazardous waste generated during production—such as waste circuit boards and spent batteries—to qualified organizations, ensuring that pollutant emissions comply with regulatory standards.
