On the morning of April 30, 2019, the Shenzhen May Day Commendation Conference was solemnly held at the Shenzhen Convention Hall. Engineer Yin Mingliang from our company’s R&D center was awarded the “Shenzhen May Day Labor Medal.”
Comrade Yin Mingliang currently serves as a senior engineer at the R&D Center of Shenzhen Suoyuan Technology Co., Ltd., where he is primarily responsible for product technology development and related tasks. Since joining the company in 2010, he has consistently held himself to the highest professional standards, demonstrating dedication, diligence, selflessness, and a relentless commitment to research and innovation. When colleagues encounter technical challenges, he generously shares his years of expertise and experience without reservation, earning him the affectionate nickname “Master” from many of his peers. Yin Mingliang is a key pillar of our company’s R&D team, with the projects he has spearheaded accounting for more than 60% of the company’s total R&D output.
In 2017, his design for “A Transformer Core” was granted a national utility model patent. Additionally, the patent application for this transformer core was filed with the National Intellectual Property Administration on December 12, 2017. This invention has broken decades‑long constraints in the power supply industry, enabling the transition from the traditional manual winding process—long used for medium- and high‑power transformers—to automated production. As a result, the workforce has been reduced from 30 to just 5 employees, labor costs have dropped by more than 80%, workshop productivity has improved, and procurement expenses have been cut, generating over RMB 10 million in additional annual profits for the company.

He approaches his work with diligence, practicality, and unwavering commitment, taking full responsibility for every task at hand. Whether in his professional duties, personal life, or studies, he leads by example, setting a high standard for his colleagues and fully embodying the role of a model leader—truly a worthy exemplar for all our employees to emulate.
In April 2019, Comrade Yin Mingliang was honorably awarded the Shenzhen May Day Labor Medal.
