To mark the upcoming International May Day, the company held its third annual workplace skills competition on April 30, 2020. The event featured eight disciplines: component insertion, soldering, shell assembly, casing, testing, aging, labeling, and screw fastening. A total of 67 employees enthusiastically signed up, and 23 emerged as winners, receiving first-, second-, and third-place awards. In the component insertion and labeling events, speed scores set new records, surpassing the achievements of the previous two competitions.
At the event, we witnessed the contestants’ outstanding performances. One participant remarked, “Rankings are secondary to them; what matters most is actively taking part in the competition and truly experiencing its atmosphere. This is an important chapter in our personal growth—something we will always cherish—and we look forward to next year’s events in 2021.”
