On the afternoon of April 30, the company’s trade union organized a “May Day Tug-of-War Competition,” with nearly 100 employees from eight representative teams taking part.
The tug-of-war tournament was conducted as a round-robin, with each team demonstrating unwavering determination and a shared commitment to unity and excellence. At the sound of the referee’s whistle, athletes threw themselves into the competition, engaging in fierce contests. Meanwhile, spectators spontaneously formed cheering squads, rallying behind the participants with loud chants and encouragement. For moments, deafening whistles, rhythmic calls, and rousing cheers echoed throughout the venue, propelling the intense matches from one thrilling climax to the next. The atmosphere was electric, igniting passion and camaraderie, and turning the event into a celebration of teamwork and friendship.
During this tug-of-war competition, all participating teams strictly adhered to the rules, showcasing a commendable spirit and strengthening team cohesion and unity. Participants unanimously pledged to carry the values of solidarity, perseverance, and tenacious determination demonstrated on the field into their daily work, approaching their duties with renewed enthusiasm and contributing fully to the company’s continued growth.
