Delve deeply and work diligently to achieve new heights
All colleagues unite and focus their efforts to write a new chapter of developmentCommon issues with inverter power supplies: What is a bidirectional inverter?
When discussing bidirectional inversion, it’s first important to understand what inversion entails. Converting AC to DC is called rectification, while converting DC to AC is called inversion; the device used for this purpose is known as an inverter. A bidirectional inverter can convert alternating current from the grid or a generator into direct current to charge and store energy in a battery, and when the grid goes down, it can reverse the process—transforming the battery’s stored DC back into grid‑compatible AC to power household appliances. In other words, it can both convert DC to AC and AC to DC. Today, many portable outdoor energy storage systems not only support inverter output but also inverter input, effectively enabling bidirectional inversion.
