SAA certification regulates safety compliance, C‑Tick certification governs EMC and radio‑frequency products, and A‑Tick certification oversees telecommunications equipment. The RCM mark, introduced in 2013, may be affixed to products once they have obtained both safety certification and electromagnetic compatibility registration, as verified by the relevant regulatory authority. Effective March 1, 2016, all electronic and electrical products placed on the market must uniformly bear the RCM mark, thereby replacing the A‑Tick and C‑Tick marks. The RCM can be regarded as a registration system that encompasses both SAA and C‑Tick certifications.
