FCC Certification for Electronic and Electrical Equipment in the United States – What is the FCC?

发布时间:2022-12-05

The FCC certification is divided into FCC‑SDoC and FCC‑ID. The key difference between FCC SDoC certification and FCC ID certification lies in whether the product has wireless communication functionality. FCC certification is a regulatory requirement overseen by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, primarily assessing electromagnetic compatibility and radio‑frequency emissions. As a mandatory requirement, any electrical products exported to the U.S. market must obtain FCC certification.
