We warmly congratulate Xie Congmao, a senior engineer in the company’s R&D department, on being awarded the prestigious “Shenzhen Top 100 Craftsmen” honor at the 7th edition.
The “Shenzhen Top 100 Craftsmen” evaluation and announcement event is a public‑interest initiative jointly organized by the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce and relevant institutions, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Several Measures for Promoting Talent‑First Development” (Document No. 9 [2016] issued by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government). The event aims to “uphold the spirit of industry and foster a robust culture of craftsmanship.” To date, it has been held for the seventh time; the first six sessions have recognized a total of 578 “Shenzhen Top 100 Craftsmen,” 10 “Shenzhen Outstanding Craftsmen,” and 65 “Shenzhen Model Units for Craftsman Cultivation.” Through this process, a number of exemplary enterprises—such as Hangsheng Electronics, Fangda Group, Guangyunda, Feiyada, and Huaya CNC—have emerged as model institutions for cultivating skilled talent, playing an active role in nurturing and identifying vocational‑skill professionals, and earning recognition from government authorities as well as widespread acclaim from the business community.
