Some technical terms about IOT power you have to know

With increasing intelligence, the IOT (Internet of Things) will be closely related to our daily work and life. As for a power adapter manufacturer, well understanding the field of IOT is a compulsory course for us, and the technical terms related to IOT power are the basic homework of the required course. Now, let us see what technical terms are available:

1. 6LoWPAN (IPv6 over Low Power Wireless Personal Area Networks)
The biggest advantage of 6LoWPAN is low-power support, which can be applied to almost all devices, and has built-in AES-128 encryption standard, support and enhanced authentication and security mechanisms. It is also a part of commercial middleware integration products and has now begun to be used in IOT projects.

2. AMQP
AMQP is an advanced message queue protocol., whihch is based on this protocol, the client and the intermediate media can transmit messages, and are not subject to conditions such as different products such as the client and middleware, and different development languages.

3. Multifunctional Bluetooth with low consumption
There are 2 types, standard varieties and large networks. They can be used to solve the problem of short battery life.

4 Cellular data
Most IOT deployments will use wireless data from communication operators as a means of transmission.

5.CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol)
CoAP is an application in the 6LoWPAN protocol stack. It can increase the interactive function with the database, so as to realize the function of not only viewing real-time data but also viewing historical data on the Web interface.

6. DDS (Data Distribution Service)
DDS adopts a publish/subscribe system architecture, emphasizes data-centricity, provides rich QoS service quality strategies, can ensure real-time, efficient, and flexible distribution of data, and can meet to the needs of various distributed real-time communication applications.

7. HomeKit
HomeKit is Apple's own brand of smart home equipment front-end and control equipment. With HomeKit, users can use iOS devices to control all the accessories at home marked "Works with Apple HomeKit" that are compatible with Apple HomeKit. By the way, we should also R&D for intelligent product power field to expand our power product line,

8. IoTivity
IoTivity is an open source project led by Intel and Samsung, with the purpose of establishing a unified standard for connecting IoT devices. Mainly to meet the needs of the development of the Internet of Things, to build an ecosystem of the Internet of Things, so that devices and devices can be connected safely and reliably.

9. JSON-LD (JavaScript Object Notation for Linked Data)
It is a method of expressing and transmitting Linked Data based on JSON. The grammar of JSON-LD is compatible with JSON. Based on JSON-LD, interconnected data can be used in a web-based programming environment to construct linked data web services, and store interconnected data in a JSON-based storage engine.

10. LoRaWAN
LoRaWAN is a low-power wide area network specification launched by the LoRa Alliance. This technology can provide regional, national or global networks to battery-powered wireless devices.

11. MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport)
MQTT is an instant messaging protocol developed by IBM, which may become an important part of the Internet of Things.

12. NFC (Near Field Communication)
Its foundation is RFID and interconnection technology. NFC is a short-range high-frequency radio technology. It runs at a distance of 10cm at a frequency of 13.45 MHz. Its transmission speed is 106 Kbit/s, 212 Kbit/s, and 424 Kbit/s. At present, near field communication has passed ISO/IEC IS18092 international standard and ETSI TS 102 190 standard.

13. Physical Web
Physical Web is a project developed by Google that aims to extend the virtual web to the surrounding physical world.

14. SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)
SCADA system is a computer-based DCS and power automation monitoring system.

15. Sigfox
Sigfox is a French company whose technology uses wireless networks to connect low-power devices. These devices need to be continuously connected to the wireless network and output a small amount of data.

16. SMS
SMS is a relatively old communication medium that can be used to communicate with certain IoT devices. They are mainly distributed in large geographical areas and have certain delay tolerance devices.

17.Thread
Thread is a simplified version of IPv6, developed based on the low-cost, low-power 802.15.4 chipset, and compatible with the 6LoWPAN protocol.

18.TR-069
TR-069 is one of the technical specifications developed by the DSL Forum www.dslforun.org, and its full name is "CPE Wide Area Network Management Protocol".

19. Weave
Weave is a low-power, low-bandwidth, low-latency, and secure communication protocol between devices.

20. XMPP
XMPP is a protocol based on XML, a subset of the standard general-purpose markup language, which integrates flexible development in the XML environment.

21.Zigbee
Zigbee is a low-power local area network protocol based on the IEEE802.15.4 standard.

22. Z-Wave
Z-Wave is an emerging radio frequency-based, low cost, low power consumption, high reliability, suitable for short-distance network
