Types of faults prone to occur in electric vehicle chargers

1. The charger does not start
After connecting to the power supply, the charger will not start. Check the voltage at both ends of the capacitor. The manufacturer of the electric vehicle charger reminds that if the voltage at both ends of the capacitor is 300W, unplug the power supply and measure again.
If the voltage at both ends of the capacitor does not change, the starting resistance is broken. If the voltage drops slowly, the circuit board may be soldered.
2. Squeaky, the body is hot
It may be that the capacitor has failed, or the fan is broken. Replace it with a new one.
3. Charger flash
There are two possibilities, the circuit board is soldered, or the sampling resistance at the output is broken. If there is nothing wrong with the circuit board, try a new resistor.
4. Unstable charging
Sometimes it can be charged, but something can not be charged. Check the circuit for virtual connections. Check whether the input and output power cords are intact.
