III. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage
1. Packaging
The packaging box bears the product name, model number, manufacturer’s markings, a certificate of inspection issued by the manufacturer’s quality department, and the date of manufacture; the box also contains an accessories list.
2. Transportation
Products shall be packed in sturdy shipping cartons. The exterior of the cartons shall comply with relevant national standards and bear appropriate markings, such as “Handle with Care” and “Keep Dry.” Cartons containing the products may be transported by any mode of transport. During transit, direct exposure to rain or snow and mechanical impact must be avoided.
3. Storage
When not in use, the product shall be stored in its original packaging. The warehouse environment should maintain a temperature between –30°C and 40°C and a relative humidity no greater than 80%. The warehouse must be free of harmful gases, flammable or explosive materials, and corrosive chemicals, and must be protected from strong mechanical vibrations, impacts, and strong magnetic fields. Packaging boxes should be elevated at least 20 cm above the floor and kept at least 50 cm away from walls, heat sources, windows, or air inlets. Under these specified storage conditions, the shelf life is generally two years; after this period, the product must be re‑inspected.
